PLANNING SUPERVISOR

 

A. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Supply & Order handling:

• On time and accurate feedback for the supply ability of orders/forecast based on current resources;
•  Liaise with relevant departments/teams to supply for sales demand;
• Arrange stock transfer to North on time & efficiency;
• Arrange exporting shipments according to booking, loading capacity and readiness of goods;
• Follow up label for special markets to ensure supply right goods for these markets.

2.  Production planning:

• Make weekly production plan based on alignment monthly production volume, demand, materials readiness & inventory policy;
• Ensure balance production volume per day/week;
• Minimize small production batches & change over in filling lin.

3.  Materials planning:

• Make and update monthly materials forecast to Procurement team
• Release purchase requisitions on time for materials base on sales demand and inventory policy
• Follow up the coordination with Procurement team/vendors to arrange materials’ schedule to ensure the supply

4.  SLOB control:

• Tracking inventory to find out SLOB reasons
• Propose SLOB preventive actions
• SLOB clearance actions:
  • Arrange rework on production plan based on approval
  • Push relevant team to do approval SLOB clearance actions on timE

5.  Fulfill other tasks requested by Assistant Manager/Manager

 

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

- Bachelor's degree;

- Mote than 3 years' experience in manufacturing companies;

- Have knowledge/experience of SAP/ other ERP software;

- Experience in supply planning/production;

- Good at writing and speaking in both Vietnamese & English;

- Statistics and analysis skills;

- Can work under high pressure.
