BRAND MARKETING MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Brand management:
- Analyse brand positioning & consumer insight to shape the communication plan to build and monitor the brand image reaching to right TA;
- Build detail brand communication plan to direct and monitor agency performance;
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs;
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
2. Trade marketing management:
- Develop & recommend channel strategy in line with brand category. Develop key strategy approaching key account / trade channel for brand visibility, product availability;
- Design promotion to encourage distributor’s sell-in and engage with sell-out at outlet’s level;
- Engage with outlet owners and mechanics to encourage sell-out and build brand loyalty;
- Monitor and analyse trade program effectiveness to ensure KPIs and ROI. Be proactive to propose and take quick actions to make sure the performance of sales-in / out
- Continuous monitor market trend, competitors and able to propose actions.
3. Product management:
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates;
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions to make adjustment if any;
- Monitor product performance by volume;
- Monitor market trend to update product list.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Marketing expertise with at least 3 years management level
- Automotive experience is extra point
Personal characteristics & behaviours:
- Understand of customers insight, Route-to-market
- Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix
- Good analysis skill to understand market demand or trend, basic financial skill to analyse price / value chain
- A strong focus on results
- A high degree of business acumen
